It works very well, at first my dog got scared, then she stretched on top of me as if I was giving her a massage hahaha, it files the dog's nails perfectly and she no longer scratches when she gets on you. I recommend its purchase and even more so for the price, it fulfills its function more than enough.

Very satisfied with the product and shipping. It doesn't make noise and vibrates little, so it doesn't scare my dogs. However, the soft file is good for not leaving sharp edges but it doesn't replace cutting with pliers.

The shipment arrived quickly, I have already tried the file and it fulfills its function after cutting the nails. You don't need to apply much pressure, it's a gentle filing process since it doesn't have much force... but I was satisfied with this.

Works well. Made for a small to medium dog. Would be to small for a big dog.
