The harness is very good for the price; it's thin but the handle to secure the dog is sufficient for mine and at least it holds up well.
The XL size is just right for my 6-month-old Rottweiler (28kg), and I still have enough room to adjust the straps to make it bigger.

I have a large Staff dog weighing 27 kg. I took size L and it's very good. I can widen or narrow the size not much but the harness is good. I will get another one in a different color with the matching leash.
