Measure the widest part of your dog’s chest with a soft tape, snug but not tight. Weight is a guide only — chest girth is what matters.

Between two sizes? Size up. Measure the widest part of the chest with a soft tape — guessing is what causes returns.

Measure the chest at its widest point just behind the front legs, the neck where a collar sits, and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. The maker's own advice: pick a size about 2–3 cm larger than your dog measures. Between two sizes, or deep-chested? Go up.

Go by the chest measurement, not the weight column — a 23 kg dog with a deep chest is happier in XL than in L. Allow 1–2 cm of variation between units.

The life jacket looks to be of good quality, I haven't tested it yet. I chose size L for my 9.5kg Jack Russell.

Fits better than expected. Has a sufficient buoyancy body and a wide Velcro fastening under the belly, which is additionally secured with straps. Very good product. I can only recommend it.

It's fine, now let's see how it performs in the water. We're going to test it on vacation now.

I ordered size S for a mini schnauzer (back length 30cm, 8-18kg). I hope the flotation will be good; I haven't tried it yet, but I doubt it will be suitable for 18kg. (The size references in this listing are different from others that correspond to M.) The quality is good for the price, especially for occasional use; the stitching is simple (doubled stitching might be more durable!). Satisfactory adjustments (clips and scratch), plastic buckle and handle (important for catching at home or with a rod). I chose orange for excellent visibility (even if it's not as cute).

I ordered the wrong size, but the quality seems good.

For my border collie xl size is ideal! Colour and quality all good!

I bought size L: dimensions of my female dog.
a) back 45cm (from where the neck ends to the tail),
b) neck diameter 42cm,
c) chest diameter (ribs) 60 cm.
